2014...Bring it On! :)

What a year 2013 was and 2014 has already started out with quite a bang! Swamped in commissions and it's only the 2nd week of January! I will be working on a large portrait of a beloved Labrador Retriever, a Golden Retriever Wyeth Painting from my ongoing series, a large French Sevres floral, and a HUGE 36x48 horse painting among others! So grateful to God and looking forward to the many blessings ahead! All the best to you and yours! Make this year the best year yet! ;)

Some Exciting News! :)

It's something I've wanted to do for awhile now, & am finally going to jump in with both feet...I am going to start offering some larger work! A fellow artist I know, Patty Baker, has a brother who started a business called 

Genie Canvas

 which supplies artists such as myself with large, collapsible canvas. It comes rolled in a tube & is easily assembled at home, making shipping of such large works of art affordable & user friendly! I will be getting my 1st large canvas soon, 3 foot by 5 foot & I simply cannot wait! Be sure to keep your eyes open as you will start to see some of these beauties show up in my store on etsy! New Year...New Projects! :)

I thought after the Christmas rush that my January would be a bit quiet, but wow I couldn't be more wrong! I've been swimming in a sea of commissions some of which include custom wedding dress paintings, personalized Mom's nest paintings, a book cover, pet portraits, and a possible 8 book children's series! I feel beyond blessed to be so busy, true the stress can be a bit much at times, but I just need to remember to take a few moments here & there & just breathe! Continued blessings to you & yours in 2012!
